Mud therapy trial session

What does the package include?

  • 1 thermal mud bath
  • 1 thermal bath
  • 1 reaction massage (25 min)
  • 1 medical examination with our thermal doctor
  • Access to the thermal pools

How does a mud therapy session take place?

Mainly this treatment involves four moments:

1. The application of the mud. It begins by applying the mud directly to the skin at a temperature between 38°C and 42°C for a period of 15 to 20 minutes.

2. The thermal water bath. Once the mud bath is finished, the guest is washed with a nodding shower and immersed in a thermal bath at a temperature of 37°C for about 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Sweat reaction. After the bath, the patient is dried with warm cloths and then lies on a bed where he or she remains in total relaxation for 30 to 60 minutes for the sweat reaction. In this way, the accumulated heat is released slowly and the biological effects of fangobalneotherapy are maximized.

4. Massage. This is finally followed by a therapeutic massage that amplifies the benefits and promotes skin circulation.

How does a mud therapy session take place?
