The voucher is valid from 01/06/2024 to 30/09/2024.
To use the voucher, booking is mandatory.
REGULATION: The voucher cannot be converted into cash and does not give the right to refunds for the total amount or for the remaining unused amount. In the event that a voucher is only partially used, the remaining credit can be used at a later time until the voucher expires. Services and treatments not indicated in the voucher are to be considered excluded and subject to payment, upon request.
The validity period of vouchers cannot be extended. After the expiry date the voucher cannot be used or refunded. Any change of name of the beneficiary must be agreed in advance with the structure. In case of cancellation, modifications or no-show of a stay (no show) and/or service the amount spent is non-refundable.
