The total amount will be charged to the room bill.

Conditions
Gift Vouchers can be booked directly online by following the procedure indicated. Gift Vouchers cannot be directly used by those under the age of 18.
The Voucher can be sent directly to the recipient, or it can be printed and delivered personally (in this case, the recipient's e-mail address should not be entered, but their own).
The services contained in the Gift Vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability, which will be checked with the Hotel prior to arrival.

Upon arrival at the Hotel, in order to receive the services, you must hand in the original Gift Voucher with the confirmation you received via email from the booking office to the Hotel reception or Restaurant. In case of loss theft or failure to present the Voucher, you will lose the right to use the services.
Gift Vouchers involving Dimorà Restaurant and Eaté are not valid during the weekday closing periods of the Restaurants.
Any extra services must be requested and booked directly with the Hotel by making payment on the spot.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, it is possible to move the date of use of the voucher a maximum of one time.
At the time the confirmation is sent for the use of the service, the cancellation conditions for the period concerned will be specified.
