I Casali di Colle San Paolo is a large agricultural estate in the hills, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Lake Trasimeno. Here we have recently restored three early 18th-century farmhouses, that have been divided into elegant and comfortable apartments and holiday homes. There are a total of nine apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, two cottages with a private garden or terrace and one 3-bedroom prestigious villa.

The apartments are equipped with fireplaces or wood-burning stoves, air conditioning, wifi internet. Each farmhouse has its own pool, panoramic terraces with barbecue and well-kept gardens. The farmhouses are totally immersed in nature and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The Farmhouse Fontanelle also has a large common room with fireplace, kitchen, living and dining area, that is ideal for hosting a group dinner, family reunion, party or small wedding etc.

Another Farmhouse, Poderaccio, that is surrounded by a spacious, flat garden and has a small outside play area and a 2-level pool, is ideal for hosting families with children. With its beautiful, large and panoramic outside areas it is also very suitable for hosting parties and wedding receptions/ceremonies.

The closest town, Tavernelle di Panicale, where you will find supermarkets, shops, coffee bars and restaurants, is 10 minutes away by car.

Apart from the beached and islands of Lake Trasimeno, in the area there are many characteristic hamlets and beautiful art cities to visit, both in Umbria and in Tuscany: Panicale, Città della Pieve, Chiusi, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, etc.
