The principles of our cuisine are the enhancement of the territory and its biodiversity, respect for the raw materials and ingredients used in the dishes, all accompanied by the joy of “refreshing”.
Our chef will delight you with a tasting menu using local products and km zero vegetables, tomatoes and aromatic herbs, in addition to ancient grain flours such as timilia and majorca, olive oil, citrus fruits.

All other extras will be valued in the final balance; no refunds will be made for unused services.
