The amount does NOT include
The Museum Pass is the cumulative ticket for the following museums: Doge’s Palace + other 10 Civic Museums of Venice. VALIDITY: This ticket is valid for 6 months and grants one single admission to each Museum.

Please note that Check-in are from 3 PM till 8.45 PM. After 9 PM the reservation will be considered a « No-Show ». From 9 PM till 11 PM it is possible to book the night porter service but you must advise the hotel in advance (MINIMUM 5 DAYS PRIOR YOUR ARRIVAL). The extra charge will be € 50,00.
Only on request via e-mail few days before the date of your reservation, early check-in is possible between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm with a small surcharge of 10,00 euros to be paid directly at your arrival.
All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may be applied. Please inform the Hotel Ca’ Tron in advance of your arrival time.
At your arrival you will be asked for:
1.a valid identity document of all guests, including for minors and infants (identity card or passport, no health insurance card/tax code/residence permit)
2.a valid credit card (VISA OR AMERICAN EXPRESS, NO DEBIT CARD, NO POSTPAY AND NO MAESTRO) to guarantee the equipment offered by the hotel. Credit card’s details will be deleted after a check of the conditions of the room and restitution of the keys
3.Or a deposit of € 100.00 in cash to guarantee the equipment offered by the hotel that will be give back after a check of the conditions of the room and restitution of the keys
