Between the seventh and the same day of arrival, free cancellation only for proven reasons of force majeure related to the spread of Covid-19, such as limitations to inbound and outbound traffic from Livigno and/or from your territory of residence, closure of borders between our Countries, mandatory quarantine when returning to your Country or in case of positivity for Covid-19.

From March free cancellation up to 21 prior to the booking date, but also even when a cancellation penalty is expected, we guarantee the refund of the deposit for proven reasons of force majeure related to the spread of Covid-19, such as limitations to inbound and outbound traffic from Livigno and/or from your territory of residence, closure of borders between our Countries, mandatory quarantine when returning to your Country or in case of positivity for Covid-19.

DURING

We purchased certified machinery for sanitizing the various areas of the house.

We have placed disinfectant gel dispensers in all areas of the hause.

We sanitize all common areas daily.

We sanitize the apartments at each guest change, with relative sanitation certificate.

We have adopted specific procedures for safety (online check-in, safety distances, dispensers with hand sanitizer distributed in different areas).

AFTER
