Podere Raffanna Ecologic House

Podere Raffanna Ecologic House, is the first completely ecological farmhouse in Italy. Thanks to the wooden structure with low environmental impact, and photovoltaic and solar panels to produce electricity and hot water. Not forgetting, however, the most innovative aspect of hospitality. Each room or apartment is equipped with the most advanced technologies.


The Podere Raffanna is located just 5 minutes by walk from the ancient village of Massa and Cozzile. We grow our own vegetables and make excellent olive oil. The structure offers a beautiful garden, a terrace with solarium, an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi and parking.

 

Each room has a private entrance, satellite TV and a private bathroom. In winter, the farmhouse is heated by an underfloor system, which is certified to be hypoallergenic, the walls and ceilings are isolated with wood fiber and sheep wool. Every mattresses and pillows, are made of memory foam.


In the basement, there's also a common room equipped with a small table, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso machine and various other comforts.


Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be reached in less than 30 minutes by train (from the station of Montecatini Terme) or more comfortably by car. Our location is perfect if you want to discover and explore Tuscany without the stress of having to change accommodation to visit each town, as the farmhouse has 5 provinces around: Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

 

You can easily reach the thermal pools of Montecatini and Monsummano terme, or book our beautiful suite with private SPA.
