The Residence La Pineta is located 100 meters from the sea; positioned in the center of the eastern coast of Sardinia, it is the ideal place for short trips out of town to discover historical, cultural, naturalistic and environmental itineraries, and is well suited to those who want to increase their passions during their holidays.We transmit the love for our land to our customers by letting them know the most beautiful and significant places.The Residence La Pineta is located on the edge of a cool pine forest that separates it from the sea; the variegated beach is a mixture of sand, rocks and beached posidonia which makes the landscape unique and unspoiled. Moving on foot along the pine forest, there are stretches of more sandy beaches, some small coves, reachable only on foot, offer privacy lovers isolated stretches of sea with splendid backdrops for snorkeling. A short distance away, by car, there are some of the most beautiful and uncontaminated beaches of the Eastern coast (Berchida, Biderrosa, Capocomino with its sand dunes and its cliffs) or the most famous and well-equipped beaches such as the beach of Budoni, Baia Sant 'Anna, Porto Ottiolu and its marina, Cala Brandinchi, Isuledda. The town of Budoni, in addition to the normal services, offers a summer activity aimed at welcoming tourists at 360 °, with entertainment activities on the beach for the little ones, and various activities for the older ones. Nearby some of the most important archaeological sites in the history of the Mediterranean (castles, Nuragic sites, churches) can be visited with short trips by car. Your passions?
