I Monasteri Golf & SPA Resort is located inside a villa that was once a Benedictine monastery, then home to some noble families, including the Catalan and Barons of Melilli. Later converted into a 5-star Resort, it is today a refined refuge on the the outskirts of Syracuse, a city with a thousand-year history, surrounded by green citrus groves, palm, carob and olive trees, with an 18-hole golf course, a large SPA, a fitness area, an outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool and 102 rooms equipped with every comfort overlooking the golf course and the beautiful Sicilian countryside.
