Reservation and payment of the stay
The reservation is confirmed by providing a guarantee booking form for payment (a form that customers are required to fill out with the requested information and return to the property to secure the booking).
Reservations have a period during which cancellations are free (within 15 days of arrival); after the free cancellation period ends, if the reservation is canceled or not used, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% security deposit is required to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
The "Non-Refundable" rate requires 100% prepayment of the reservation amount, which must be paid upon booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Check-in and check-out times
Stays begin with guests' check-in at the property between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, with accommodation keys guaranteed from 1:00 PM (for organizational reasons); unless different agreements were made at the time of booking.
For arrivals outside of the scheduled times, a fee of €30 will be charged.
Stays end by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival, each guest is requested to provide identification to the Reception for registration formalities.
Upon departure, each guest is requested to vacate the room by the established time of 10:00 AM; otherwise, an additional night will be charged (late check-out causes disruptions in preparation for incoming guests).
Once registration is completed, guests will be given a room key card. An additional key or card can be requested with a deposit of €10.00, which will be refunded upon return at departure.
Parking
BRINGING BICYCLES OR OTHER BULKY EQUIPMENT INTO THE ROOM OR APARTMENT IS PROHIBITED.
The property offers outdoor parking dedicated to customers.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Allergies, intolerances, and special needs must be communicated at the time of reservation and described to the management.
Linen
The rate includes housekeeping for double and triple rooms.
Upon request, linen change can be arranged at an additional cost of €10.00 per person for each extra change.
Safety
The management disclaims any responsibility for personal items left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
It is the guests' responsibility to safeguard valuable personal belongings, both in the rooms and common areas of the agriturismo.
Guests are advised not to remove or damage any items in the rooms and common areas of the agriturismo.
Any abuse will be reported to the local Public Security authorities.
Prohibitions and general regulations for pool use
• Children and teenagers must be accompanied by adults;
• Bringing food near the pool is prohibited; only non-glass drinks and glasses are allowed;
• Users are urged to preserve the grass, flowers, plants, pool equipment, and agriturismo facilities as much as possible;
• Everyone must behave in a manner that does not cause discomfort or harm to other users or property;
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• The pool is exclusively for agriturismo use.
• On the day of departure, the pool cannot be used.
Stay and departure
Guests must show the utmost respect for the property entrusted to them and the amenities of the agriturismo; any damages due to misuse will be charged accordingly.
In case of late arrivals outside the established schedule without prior agreement, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
Cancellation of reservation
The management will cancel the reservation without prior notice in case of:
- Failure to pay the security deposit to confirm the reservation.
- Failure of the customer to arrive on the scheduled day. In this case, the management may re-rent the resource from the following day.
Under no circumstances will reservation fees be refunded.
Strangers
No outsider may access the agriturismo, even if accompanied by guests, without the prior authorization of the management.
A identification document will be required, and an unavoidable fee of €5.00 per person (adults and children) will be applied.
In the nighttime, the presence of strangers in any area of the agriturismo is strictly prohibited.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ROOMS AND INDOOR COMMON AREAS.
Animals
Animals are not allowed on the premises.
If there is a regulation, it is because we have had unpleasant incidents with people who do not know respect for other people, work and things, built with love and many sacrifices.
Instead, we thank all those who appreciate and respect our environment.
