The staff was very helpful leading up to and during our stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The location within Menaggio was perfect on the main square but still feeling private.

The room was a great size as well as the bathroom.
The balcony in the room overlooking Lake Como was wonderful!
The staff was so kind and helpful—-the desk, cleaning, kitchen… They even made us wonderful goody bags to
take with us, since we had to leave for the airport before breakfast. We had an amazing time.
