Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in Eurem Hotel, und wir haben es wieder gewählt, weil es uns das erste Mal schon gut gefallen hat. Tolles und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Zimmer und alle Ausstattungen vorhanden.

Beautiful and well appointed room with lots of attention to detail. Comfortable bedding and loved the windows which opened to balcony. Gaia was wonderful to work with and communication throughout booking and stay was outstanding. This is very important when traveling, especially when coming from another country. Menaggio is the perfect place to stay on Lake Como, not as packed with tourists as Bellagio.

What was to your liking?

Staff were warm and friendly, particularly breakfast staff. We liked that the hotel had been modernised but still retained character and charm. Location in the centre of town was fantastic and waking to a beautiful view of the lake.
