The staff did an outstanding job of learning our preferences and assisting with our requests. They were very detailed and had a great memory! I really appreciated how they kept my son's nut allergies in mind at every interaction around food. They also satisfied my husband's special request to turn on the private pool lights at nighttime. Angela spent a lot of time talking with us about our trip which I sincerely appreciated. Tiziana was very kind to facilitate our restaurant reservation in Noto. Angela asked how we liked the restaurant the next day. The staff is an absolute model for personalized service. Thank you!
