The personal warm welcome, the charming, well appointed, tastefully decorated room with the fabulous view. The breakfast room and the buffet, the location of the hotel walking distance from the sights. Cleanliness. We appreciated the coffee and tea and complimentary water in the room too.

A very special boutique hotel offering charm and wonderful views in the heart of Siena. We had stayed here 15 years prior and it was so special that we returned again. This trip we opted for a large room with a terrace, which was magnificent. Such an outstanding structure. The terrace for breakfast is delightful and the breakfast is so fine. We found the entire staff to be exceptional and Maria offering a wealth of knowledge and suggestions. Spent 3 weeks in Italy this trip and we will always have wonderful memories of this special hotel.
