Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They made calls for us, looked things up, made recommendations. They made the stay very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and interesting. The breakfast patio was very nice. It was a very pleasant stay!

Everything. The room we had was spectacular and the terrace with the view of the veranda made the time we spend in the room that much better. The service was exceptional and the breakfast in the mornings was fantastic. If we come back to Siena we will definitely book your hotel and the same room.

We are frequent visitors to Siena but this was our first visit to this establishment. What a jewel! Beautiful location and luxurious surroundings. The woman who was “in charge” while were there was truly exceptional and so hospitable to us. She helped to make our overnight trip unforgettable. We regretted that we only had one evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We loved the room decorations, the terrace, and the breakfast selection. The staff were very nice and helpful!!

Breakfast was lovely - nice selections and great cappuccino. View from the terrace is also quite spectacular. Room was good - bed was very comfortable.

The personal warm welcome, the charming, well appointed, tastefully decorated room with the fabulous view. The breakfast room and the buffet, the location of the hotel walking distance from the sights. Cleanliness. We appreciated the coffee and tea and complimentary water in the room too.
