On the positive side, the personnel is very helpful and pleasant although I suspect they are very much aware of the very bad relative value. Breakdast is well stocked.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, the location perfect, the staff great, and the breakfast was very nice. This was our second time there and we would always come back to AD Place when we are in Venice.

Service was spectacular. Front desk and food service were top notch. Very helpful, very clean facility and the breakfast was superb. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The views were very nice as well!

The hotel was very nice with original decor. The staff was extremely friendly and even made excellent recommendations. They even welcomed my family with tea and cookies which was very kind and generous. Would definitely stay again and want to thank you very much for the nice stay.

Venice is a very nice and friendly city. It is very fascinating to be in a city with only boats. AD Place is a very nice hotel close to nearly everything in Venice.
