Punta Falcone Resort has an intricate and varied layout, which follows and settles along the ridge of the hills and the natural slope of the terrace towards the sea. The complex consists, in addition to the club house with a swimming pool, of eight independent elements named after the islands of the Maddalena archipelago – Lavezzi, Cavallo, Municca, Gabbiani, Spargi, Spargiotto, Santa Maria, Razzoli. Additionally, there is the new 'Borgo Arborea' complex, inaugurated in the summer of 2022, consisting of 'Luxury' apartments, each with a mini-pool in the garden, and equipped with an exclusive Club House reserved for the guests of Borgo Arborea.
